Max ORR

When Max is dialed into a project, he’s a machine. He’s focused, efficient, figures out the issues and gets it fixed. But he’s most respected here for the way he shows up for others—after-hours and when life hits hard. He puts people before the work, he’s reliable, and he is just a really fun person to be around.

In the half a decade Max has been with us, he’s moved through the ranks from electrical apprentice, to job lead, and now estimator. He considers his work a unique way to get to know and connect with the people in the greater Jackson area.

Before joining our team, Max worked in residential construction and recently returned after time in the field of IT and environmental clean-up. His background and experience makes for a strong blend of technical systems, real-world logistics, and an interest in the good of the people around him.

Outside of work, Max is usually hiking or golfing with friends—many of whom are also co-workers—or planning trips to hike and golf (Wyoming and Banff are up next). He’s also into grilling, and will make dinner of any kind of steak you throw at him. Over charcoal, for sure.
