Bryce works at the tempo of slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Whether troubleshooting an electrical issue or mastering a new technical skill, he is comfortable slowing down to understand how each part works and fits together. When it’s time to execute, he takes pride in doing it right the first time.

His favorite projects call for a lot of troubleshooting with the team, and he looks forward to getting hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, and motor controls.
